Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients with high service levels.
• Provide guidance on commercial insurance products, coverages and service needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates and servicing requests accurately.
• Assist clients with coverage questions and policy inquiries.
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier offerings and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with team to identify process improvements and better client satisfaction.
