You will manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, provide guidance on coverages, handle renewals and certificates, support inquiries, and collaborate with carriers and internal colleagues to identify process

Qualifications

• Holds an active P&C license.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with agency management software and standard business applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients with high service levels.
• Provide guidance on commercial insurance products, coverages, and service needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and servicing requests.
• Assist clients with coverage questions and policy inquiries.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes affecting commercial insurance.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
