Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience handling commercial claims.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial policies and coverage analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of minor to moderate commercial claims through final resolution.
• Conduct in-depth coverage analysis involving manuscript policies, endorsements, and exclusions.
• Investigate and determine liability by collecting statements, evidence, coordinating inspections, and reviewing contracts and statutes.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and verify payments.
• Maintain detailed documentation per departmental guidelines and ensure multi-state compliance.
