You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, coordinating across treasury, capital markets, and private banking to deliver tailored financial strategies and sustainable growth.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a business/finance degree, and willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible commercial banking experience.
• Experience advising companies in the AEC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a disciplined market strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of complex commercial relationships.
• Mobilize enterprise resources to deliver treasury, capital markets, and other solutions.
• Provide oversight of portfolio performance, identify profitability opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Lead complex credit engagements including structuring, pricing, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate product leaders to resolve client matters and expand referrals.
