You will grow the client base through community involvement, prospecting, and strategic outreach while contributing to product enhancements and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in banking/financial services with emphasis on credit analysis, commercial lending or portfolio management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and structure complex credit requests.
• Strong consultative skills to deepen client relationships and act as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of sophisticated business clients, delivering tailored lending and deposit solutions.
• Analyze financial information to structure complex credit requests and manage loan workouts if needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and community events to grow revenue.
• Contribute to product, pricing and process improvements through input to department strategy.
• Address client service needs independently while supporting team projects and initiatives.
