• Experience managing client relationships in South Florida, including Miami-Dade county.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, credit, and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue and develop new clients with acceptable returns.
• Collaborate with management and underwriters to analyze credit strengths and weaknesses, making loan decisions, setting competitive pricing, and structuring loans to protect the bank.
• Identify client needs, match bank capabilities, and maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulations.
• Gather financials, prepare Opportunity Memos, and work closely with underwriters to ensure accurate financial reflection and risk assessment.
• Coordinate deal team meetings, finalize term sheets, and manage the underwriting process.
• Build a portfolio of high-value clients, act as a financial advisor, and monitor customer financial profiles for new opportunities.
• Review closing documents, ensure client adherence to covenants, and identify portfolio trends and weaknesses.
