• 3–5 years of commercial lending experience in a bank or loan setting.

• Ability to work independently with urgency and drive.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Interviews loan applicants and analyzes financial data to assess creditworthiness.
• Establishes and negotiates loan terms including costs and collateral requirements.
• Monitors repayments and takes action on past-due accounts.
• Cross-sells bank services and develops new business with prospects and customers.
• Prepares lending activity reports for department management.
• Keeps abreast of market conditions affecting lending activities.
• Participates in community activities to increase visibility and opportunities.
