Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Relationship Manager III - Commercial Banking in Plano to lead strategic relationship development with middle-market businesses and to deliver a full suite of bank services.

You will manage credit relationships, perform financial analysis, and cross-sell Wealth Management, Treasury Services and deposit offerings while mentoring junior loan officers and building community partnerships to grow profitable client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in a commercial lending environment or 11–13 years equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and servicing requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic relationship and business development plan targeting customers and prospects.
• Engage in direct outreach, manage databases, and identify customer needs and solutions.
• Issue and negotiate proposals for new relationships and cross-selling across bank services.
• Manage credit relationships including renewals, financial analysis, compliance monitoring, and wire transfer decisions.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients across all financial services and resolve operational issues.
• Train junior loan officers and engage in community activities to grow business contacts.
