The role requires sales acumen, credit knowledge, and active engagement with the local business community to drive long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Relationship Management.
• Proven success developing new commercial relationships and growing loans and deposits.
• Experience with commercial credit analysis and financial statement review.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, treasury management, and lending.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new commercial relationships.
• Generate loans, deposits, and treasury management opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain a network of referral sources and conduct regular client meetings.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration and Underwriting during loan approvals.
• Drive deposit growth and treasury solutions for clients.
• Represent Servbank at networking events and community organizations.
