Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial banking or commercial lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to assess credit risk and make sound lending decisions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio, including asset-based and small business lending.
• Identify and cultivate new business relationships to drive loan growth and deposit opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessments.
