Qualifications

• Five to eight years in commercial banking, business lending, or credit union commercial services.
• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, influence, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and grow a commercial loan portfolio (CRE, C&I, Equipment Finance, Practice Finance) to meet loan and deposit growth goals.
• Manage and expand relationships within the commercial portfolio, cross-sell treasury, deposit, and credit solutions.
• Process business loan applications, conduct financial analysis, and prepare credit memos for underwriting.
• Represent GICU at community and networking events to build brand and generate opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
