Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years banking experience with at least 5 years of direct business lending experience.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge in underwriting business loans involving CRE, A/R, inventory, and equipment.
• Experience with working capital lines of credit and letters of credit.
• Experience with SBA loan programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and developing new business by calling on prospective clients and referral sources.
• Manage commercial banking relationships with a focus on financial analysis and understanding income statements and balance sheets.
• Negotiate, structure, price, document, and close commercial loan transactions of moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management to identify depository opportunities.
• Manage delinquencies within the portfolio and support cross-sell of bank products and services.
