Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a Sr Banking Operations Analyst to deliver exceptional client service and operational support across consumer and business banking products. You will own onboarding, case management, escalation handling, and ensure regulatory adherence to add value for client organizations.

You will build deep knowledge of each client’s business priorities and operate with high integrity while coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in financial services with consumer/treasury product knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; capable of training.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Able to build relationships across teams and influence outcomes.
• Highly organized with advanced time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted client contact across channels.
• Lead onboarding and maintenance for new/existing clients.
• Manage high-volume case work; ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as SME for consumer/non-treasury products; coordinate with teams.
• Monitor alerts, triage, and communicate resolutions.
• Collaborate with LOBs and internal departments for client needs.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze metrics and report trends for QA and improvements.
• Mentor teammates; provide training and adherence to procedures.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings.
