Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Sr Banking Operations Analyst in Richardson, TX to deliver exceptional client service and operational support across consumer, commercial, and business banking products.

You will own onboarding, case management, escalation handling, and regulatory compliance while building deep knowledge of client organizations to drive value with our products and services. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services with consumer and treasury product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of applicable banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of training others.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients across multiple channels.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance activities for clients.
• Manage high-volume case work and ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as SME for consumer and non-treasury products; coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor alerts, triage, and communicate resolution status.
• Collaborate with Line of Business Managers to identify process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of risk and enforce compliance with policies.
• Analyze metrics and report performance trends for QA.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings.
