Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Commercial Banker 3 to develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships in our Commercial Banking unit.

You will call on clients to cross-sell banking products and maintain credit quality, profitability, and growth while upholding the bank’s community image. The role requires strong credit analysis, loan administration, and regulatory compliance within a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending banking position or related customer-focused role.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops new and existing commercial loan relationships by calling on customers to cross-sell banking products and promote the Bank’s image.
• Administers a portfolio of commercial loans to meet credit quality, profitability, growth and service objectives.
• Determines the credit worthiness of borrowers by analyzing financial condition, ability to repay, and collateral value.
• Monitors loan performance and maintains borrower contact to mitigate risk and enforce timely statements.
• Prepares compliant loan documents and presents loans to the committee for higher approvals as needed.
• Promotes the Bank’s image in the community through participation in development efforts and outreach.
• Keeps knowledge current in Commercial Banking and business development, and demonstrates professional behavior and initiative.
• Implements compliance policies and provides regulatory training to staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers within the risk management program.
