Job summary

TRISTAR Insurance Group in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster for a remote role. You will review policy information, endorsements and vehicle schedules to determine coverage, and conduct examinations leading to liability resolution, including matters in litigation.

Requirements include at least five years of commercial auto casualty claims experience, a Delaware adjuster license, and strong negotiation and communication skills to support clients and counsel throughout the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years commercial auto casualty related experience.
• Active Delaware adjuster license required.

Responsibilities

• Review, process and conclude assigned claims including investigation and evaluation of complex Commercial Auto property and casualty claims.
• Oversee and direct outside investigative service providers and coordinate with client and counsel to advance the claim to conclusion.
• Maintain an ongoing diary and assess exposure to determine accurate reserves and settlement recommendations.
• Prepare loss reports with thorough liability and damages analysis and determine subrogation or risk transfer where applicable.
• Document all correspondence, reports and decisions in the claim file and provide outstanding client service.
