TRISTAR Insurance Group seeks a Commercial Auto Liability & PD Claims Examiner II for a fully remote, nationwide position. You will review policy information to determine coverage, investigate claims, and communicate with claimants, insureds, and attorneys to move files toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of automobile claims-handling experience.
• Understanding of policy interpretation and liability assessment.
• Ability to analyze complex claim information and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret policy coverage and investigate, evaluate, process, negotiate, and resolve claims.
• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages and escalate as needed.
• Manage outside providers (appraisers, investigators) and coordinate with clients and counsel to move files toward resolution.
• Maintain an accurate diary system and complete follow-up activities.
• Prepare loss reports with exposure, reserves, and recommended next steps.
• Identify subrogation or risk-transfer opportunities and pursue recovery.
• Document all correspondence and maintain complete claim files in compliance with regulations.
