Acrisure is seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Property Damage Claims Adjuster with 7+ years in the field and an active adjuster license. This role handles automobile physical damage, property damage, and liability claims for commercial transportation, driving investigations, coverage assessments, damages, reserves, and settlements with a focus on timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial auto, trucking, or transportation claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage automobile physical damage (APD), property damage, and related liability claims involving commercial transportation exposures.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, negotiation strategy, and settlement opportunities.
• Handle physical damage and property damage claims involving specialized motor coach and trucking programs.
• Review complex or escalated claim matters and develop appropriate, timely resolution strategies.
• Maintain accurate claim diaries, documentation, reserves, and file activity throughout the life of each claim while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner and communicate with internal teams, clients, insureds, claimants, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated claim matters.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and law firms regarding represented property damage claims.
• Negotiate settlements and support efficient, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution.
