Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Transportation Claims Adjuster - Property Damage to handle complex claims involving commercial auto and trucking exposures. The role requires in-depth APD and property damage knowledge, plus multi-jurisdictional experience in a TPA environment.

The ideal candidate will manage claims lifecycle, negotiate settlements, and ensure accurate reserves while partnering with clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Irrefutably must have an active adjuster license.
• 7+ years of commercial auto, trucking, or transportation claims handling experience.
• Experience in a TPA environment and multi-jurisdictional claims is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple claims with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, insureds, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage APD, property damage, and liability claims in commercial transportation.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and settlements.
• Maintain diaries, reserves, and file activity; ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex claims.
• Negotiate settlements and support timely claim resolution.
