Job summary

VivoAquatics is hiring a Professional Services Technician II to manage field visits across Houston-area properties. You’ll diagnose, install, and service chemical automation and sensor systems, while maintaining records in VivoPoint and coordinating with property teams.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, advanced diagnostics, and on-site performance improvements. We offer competitive hourly pay, a company vehicle, and paid certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or a related technical field.
• CPO certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and on-call coverage as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Routine visits to a managed pool portfolio, diagnose issues and service systems.
• Install, commission, and maintain VivoPoint chemical feed systems.
• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Accurately estimate parts and labor for repairs and improvements.
• Document visits in VivoPoint and communicate with property teams.
• Collaborate with the Professional Services Manager on site priorities and risks.
