Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong AI, data management and technology skills with demonstrated experience implementing business solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Leadership to provide proactive analytics and sales support.
• Provide actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, pipeline health and risk mitigation.
• Support regional managers with business conversions, deal modeling and market share assessments.
• Deliver training focused on analytics tools, AI capabilities and enablement systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and IT to implement data-driven solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements through AI-enabled solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Contribute to team development through cross-training and mentoring.
