Role may be independent contributor or lead a small team, interfacing across market research, forecasting, data science, and operations.

Required: BS in a relevant field and 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/healthcare, plus strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering complex analytical projects in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience mining claims/EMR data and deriving actionable insights that drive commercial results.
• Independent, proactive, with storytelling and executive presence for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into analytical plans to answer key questions.
• Communicate advanced analytics to stakeholders to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market research, forecasting, data science, marketing ops).
• Analyze data from multiple sources (claims, EMR) to inform strategy and execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts/data scientists (on-/off-shore).
• Incorporate GenAI and AI/automation to enhance analytics capabilities.
