• Proficiency in process mapping and use case development.
• Commerce platform experience across leading platforms and a strong digital commerce mindset.
• Familiarity with MACH principles and modern composable architectures.
• Deep Agile understanding (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in fast-paced delivery.
• Data-driven insights and ability to visualise customer journeys.
• Understanding of how AI/Generative AI enhances product capabilities.
• Strong consulting mindset with stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Proven collaboration across design, architecture, development, and delivery teams.
• Analytical problem-solving and proactive solution framing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions; drive discovery and strategic initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, user stories, and functional specs; ensure alignment with client vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless product delivery.
