Valtech is seeking a Senior Commerce Strategist to transform complex customer experiences into unified, scalable digital commerce ecosystems. You will align business objectives with technology capabilities, drawing on 8+ years in digital strategy, experience design, and transformation initiatives.

You will thrive in ambiguity, synthesize inputs, and guide organizations toward a modern commerce vision, leading executive discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience strategy, commerce strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading strategic discovery and transformation initiatives for enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, service design, experience strategy, and persona development.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Experience translating business strategy into digital experience and commerce recommendations.
• Strong analytical, research, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams that include business, experience, design, product, and technology disciplines.
• Ability to simplify complex organizational challenges into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commerce Vision & Strategic Alignment with client executives and senior stakeholders.
• Define future-state customer and commerce experiences across audiences and touchpoints.
• Turn research into strategic direction through synthesis of insights and market trends.
