Job summary

Classic Collision in Houston, TX is hiring a customer service representative to guide clients through the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers, and keep customers informed with repair updates.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, clear communication, and teamwork with technicians. A valid driver's license is required and CCC1 experience is preferred; ASE/I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Familiar with estimating CCC1 system.
• ICAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
