Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, perform process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery. The role includes DRP coordination, final invoices, and total loss administration with proactive post-repair status communication to customers.

The ideal candidate will have CCC1 or similar estimating software experience, strong sales orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment while upholding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoices.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers in line with company standards.
