Qualifications

The Senior Collector is responsible for leading and executing B2B collections strategies to ensure timely account recovery, effective client negotiations, and strong portfolio performance. This role requires advanced expertise in credit and collections management, with the ability to handle complex cases, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional specialization in Credit, Finance, or related areas is highly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in B2B collections.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience strongly desired.
• Proven success managing high-volume or high-complexity portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Excellent communication, customer management, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with collections software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed collection targets.
• Capacity to mentor team members and support process optimization.
• Hourly Rate: USD $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Performance-Based Commissions: Additional compensation tied to collections results and portfolio performance.
