Qualifications

• Ability to use multiple data sources to address questions and resolve issues
• Proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications and home office setup

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with delinquent visitors and arrange installments plans for inbound and outbound collections.
• Provide an objective brand communication with account holders with civility and appreciation.
• Understand and maintain all credit arrangements, payment terms, and collections processes.
• Demonstrate critical thinking by testing or proposing solutions for credit case scenarios.
• Work in a multi-media environment (email, calls, chat messages, and letters) that is fast-paced.
• Duties may change due to business needs.
