Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a lead role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to run reports and summarize data for executives.
• Ability to communicate with customers via phone/Teams.

Responsibilities
