Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist with a construction billing & AR focus to own accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and cash forecasting, with direct exposure to executive leadership.

This hybrid role offers a $60,000–$75,000 base plus performance-based bonus, collaboration with CFO/COO/CEO, AR process improvements, and long-term growth within a growing construction company.

• Experience with lien notices, lien waivers, retainage, and credit memo processing.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Collections Specialist:

• Manage AR collections activities and lien-related processes across active projects
• Lead collections meetings and provide AR updates and cash forecasting information to leadership
• Review, convert, and process billing and pro forma invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
• Partner with project managers and sales teams to resolve billing issues and accelerate collections
• Maintain AR aging reports, credit memos, and supporting documentation

Qualifications for the Senior Collections Specialist:

• 3+ years of AR collections and billing experience in construction or another project-based industry
