The role drives AI-enabled personalized engagement, enhanced self-service, and efficiency gains across collections operations.

Leading a team across business, product, technology, architecture, and data, you will align roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and deliver capabilities that improve customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, technology, engineering, economics, or related field.
