Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join the Shared Services Center (SSC) and manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing past-due balances, and partnering across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or B2B Collections experience.
• Experience managing customer portfolios, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and aging analysis.
• Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, JDE, HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of strategic customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Execute high-volume B2B collections through phone, email, and written correspondence while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Reduce past-due balances and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on customer risk and exposure.
• Track payment commitments and proactively follow up to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain accurate collection activity and customer documentation within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze collections performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Assist leadership with documenting and enhancing collections processes and procedures.
• Support reporting and metrics that improve portfolio visibility and cash flow performance.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Shared Services teams to resolve account issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment commitments, and disputes.

Senior Collections Analyst, SSC

Arclin is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join our growing Shared Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable and collections professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys driving results, improving cash flow, and partnering across the business.

As Arclin continues its enterprise-wide transformation through SAP S/4HANA, acquisitions, and process standardization initiatives, this role will play a critical part in strengthening collections performance, reducing past-due exposure, and improving customer account visibility across the organization.

The Senior Collections Analyst will manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, perform complex B2B collections activities, analyze aging trends, resolve account issues, and support standardized AR processes within our Shared Services Center.

What You'll Do

Collections Management

• Manage an assigned portfolio of strategic customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Execute high-volume B2B collections through phone, email, and written correspondence while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Reduce past-due balances and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on customer risk and exposure.
• Track payment commitments and proactively follow up to ensure timely receipt.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain accurate collection activity and customer documentation within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze collections performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Assist leadership with documenting and enhancing collections processes and procedures.
• Support reporting and metrics that improve portfolio visibility and cash flow performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Shared Services teams to resolve account issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment commitments, and disputes.
• Help drive a customer-focused approach while maintaining strong collection discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or B2B Collections experience.
• Experience managing customer portfolios, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and aging analysis.
• Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, JDE, HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and reporting.

• Experience with collection automation and workflow tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable results.
