Arclin is seeking a Senior Cash Applications Analyst to join our Alpharetta, GA-based Shared Services team. This hybrid role requires strong cash applications, reconciliations, banking transactions, and SAP S/4HANA experience.

You will process payments, resolve unapplied cash and discrepancies, collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Sales, and contribute to continuous process improvements across the cash cycle.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of cash applications experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with cash application and reconciliation platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of ACH, EFT, wire transfers, lockbox processing, remittance advice, and multi-currency payment environments.

Senior Cash Applications Analyst

Arclin is seeking a Senior Cash Applications Analyst to join our growing Shared Services team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong experience in cash applications, account reconciliations, banking transactions, and SAP S/4HANA.

As Arclin continues its enterprise-wide transformation through SAP S/4HANA, acquisitions, and process standardization initiatives, this position will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payment processing, timely reconciliations, exception resolution, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

Cash Application & Payment Processing

• Process and apply customer payments received through ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other payment channels.
• Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across assigned accounts.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, overpayments, and short payments.
• Investigate payment exceptions and coordinate with banking partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed transaction documentation within SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine.
• Perform detailed reconciliations between SAP S/4HANA, bank statements, customer remittance data, and external payment platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account variances and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of recurring payment application issues and drive corrective actions.
• Generate exception reporting and provide insights into payment trends and process opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Shared Services teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Support cash forecasting activities by providing accurate cash application and reconciliation data.
• Participate in training, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of cash applications experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with cash application and reconciliation platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of ACH, EFT, wire transfers, lockbox processing, remittance advice, and multi-currency payment environments.
• Experience working with banking systems and payment integrations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
