• Manage delinquent, potentially delinquent, and charged-off loan accounts.
• Lead staff and ensure policy, regulatory, and ethical compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor loan repayment progress.
• Collaborate with VP of Collections and other departments to optimize collections workflow.
