Job summary

Dade County Federal Credit Union is seeking an Account Management Agent II at the Main Branch in Miami to manage delinquent accounts and drive collection actions. The role focuses on consumer, mortgage,Visa and other accounts requiring proactive recovery efforts.

The position requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong familiarity with MS Office, and ability to work nights and weekends. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus; starting salary is competitive for the Miami market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related collections experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus; night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent accounts (0 days and above) and initiate appropriate collection actions.
• Send 15, 30, 60, legal, repossession, deficiency and demand letters.
• Make at least 50 collection calls per day.
• Research member disputes and review credit files for decisions.
• Process speed and ECM payments; take in-house payments to tellers.
• Prepare files for repossession and for legal action; respond to notices.
• Work with partners on CPI, disability and death/credit-related claims.
• Record collection activity on member accounts and coordinate with departments.
