Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a senior intelligence professional to support USSPACECOM activities at its Colorado Springs location. The role requires extensive DoD/IC collection expertise and leadership in developing full-scope collection strategies to meet PIRs and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of related experience, knowledge of collection platforms/sensors, and familiarity with TCPED processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in the labor category.
• Knowledge of DoD- and IC-controlled collection platforms/sensors.
• Experience with intelligence TCPED processes and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide recommendations on DoD and IC policies related to intelligence collection across all disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT) for USSPACECOM.
• Apply knowledge on collection disciplines to generate full-scope collection strategies for PIRs and current intelligence needs.
• Integrate, manage, assess, and present relevant information into coherent collection strategies supporting USSPACECOM activities.

• Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Security Clearance:
• Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description:
• Assesses and provides recommendations on DoD and IC policies related to intelligence collection and associated authorities across all intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and MASINT) for J23.
• Applies knowledge on intelligence collection disciplines, capabilities, processes, and systems to generate full-scope collection strategies to meet USSPACECOM PIRs and current intelligence needs associated with deliberate / crisis action planning and military operations.
• Conducts necessary actions to integrate, manage, assess, and present relevant information into coherent collection strategies supporting the full spectrum of USSPACECOM activities. Desired Experience:
• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Demonstrates knowledge in guiding DoD- and IC-controlled collection platforms/sensors.
• Demonstrates knowledge in intelligence TCPED processes, planning tools as well as repositories of associated information. Desired Education:
• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
• Desired education and training to include graduating from an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course and at least six years of relevant experience. Location:
