Prescient Edge in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Collection Manager to apply CRM/COM principles to satisfy PIRs and intelligence needs. The role requires TS/SCI with CI‑POLY or ability to obtain and involves coordinating with USSPACECOM, CCMDs, and the IC to optimize TCPED.

The ideal candidate has 12 years in the field with relevant DoD/IC collection management experience; a Master’s degree or a BS plus 5+ years senior experience.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in collection management or related field.
• Experience with DoD/IC collection management is required or strongly preferred.
• Clear understanding of PIRs, TCPED, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Apply CRM and COM principles to satisfy PIRs and current intelligence needs.
• Collaborate across USSPACECOM staff, CCMDs, and IC to optimize TCPED.
• Evaluate efficiency of multi-INT collection to produce timely ISR information.
• Use statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques on ISR data.
• Develop MOEs and MOPs to assess collection plan effectiveness and identify gaps.

Senior Collection Manager

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description:
• Apply Collection Requirements Management (CRM), and Collection Operations Management (COM) principles to facilitate satisfaction of CDRUSSPACECOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) as well as current intelligence needs associated with deliberate / crisis action planning and military operations.
• Shall collaborate across USSPACECOM staff, components, supported / supporting CCMDs, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to optimize Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) processes in support of USSPACECOM needs.
• Shall evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts to generate timely accurate information satisfying USSPACECOM requirements.
• Shall utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to find, interpret, and present ISR data from myriad sources.
• Shall ensure collaboration amongst all labor categories and the Government to create Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and Measures of Performance (MOPs) to determine effectiveness of existing collection plans / strategies. Identifies collection gaps, determines related opportunities / options, and produces recommended solutions to improve collection activities in support of USSPACECOM.
• Assess models of future intelligence collection scenarios to optimize implementation activities that meet anticipated needs. Desired Experience:
• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education:
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
• Desired education and training to include an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course and at least four years of experience relevant to space / counterspace-related intelligence requirements/collection management. Location:
