Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. in Des Moines, IA, seeks a leader to develop and standardize system-wide colleague relations strategies across Regional Health Ministries.

You will partner with COE leadership, HRBPs, and ministry leadership to align policies and programs, fostering a person-centered, mission-driven culture. The role emphasizes investigations, data-driven performance reviews, and change management to support operational needs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, labor and industrial relations or related field and 5 years of colleague relations experience.
• Progressive colleague relations experience including high‑risk investigations and dispute resolution.
• Experience leading/mentoring teams and implementing strategy, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily functions of Colleague Relations Partners within the region.
• Mentors, coaches, and provides feedback for staff development and performance.
• Implements and standardizes colleague relations policies and programs across the RHM.
• Coordinates communication, data monitoring, and stakeholder alignment for initiatives.
• Supports investigations and formal dispute resolution processes.
