You will partner with COE leadership, HRBPs, and ministry leaders to implement strategy and ensure alignment with Trinity Health’s mission and values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor and Industrial Relations or related field with five years of related experience.
• Master’s degree and health-care experience preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing colleague relations strategies and programs across an organization.

Responsabilidades

• Supports development and implementation of system-wide colleague relations strategy, policies, and programs.
• Provides leadership and oversight of colleague relations field operations teams.
• Conducts investigations and analyzes trends to inform policy and program decisions.
• Partners with COE leadership, HRBPs, and ministry leadership to align policies and programs.
• Coordinates communications and resources to support strategy adoption across the regional health ministries.
