Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a seasoned leader for the Loan Collateral Protection Program Manager role. You will oversee insurance requirements, escrow servicing, and portfolio monitoring across multiple collateral types, ensuring governance and risk controls.

You’ll manage the Insurance & Escrow Supervisor and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Credit Risk to operationalize requirements. The role demands deep expertise in loan portfolio insurance, flood coverage, and lender-placed

Qualifications

• 10+ years in loan portfolio insurance or collateral protection areas.
• 5+ years in leadership, governance, and program oversight.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory exams, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of various insurer types and lender-placed coverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME on collateral protection and risk management.
• Own and govern the loan collateral protection program and standards.
• Oversee lender-placed and flood insurance, escrow, and reporting.
• Direct post-closing monitoring and remediation of exceptions.
• Lead regulatory responses, audits, and executive dashboards.
