Responsibilities

• Administer and support Google Workspace and Microsoft collaboration services (Gmail, Sites, Drive, Meet, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Design, migrate, and modernize collaboration platforms including migrations.
• Monitor platform health, SLA adherence, and governance provisioning.
• Support environments across development, test, and production tenants.
• Provide end-user support, incident resolution, and cross-team coordination.
