The Senior Collaboration Engineer designs, develops, and deploys transformative solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. This role manages the entire project lifecycle to ensure quality solutions for clients, practice teams, and administrative groups that involve gathering requirements and shaping application architecture to execute custom development and integrate multiple systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intranet portals, custom applications, workflow automation, data migrations, and user-centric business processes. Essential job functions include :
Technical Skill Requirements :
SharePoint & Microsoft 365 :
Build enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions on SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box features and custom code through the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Power Platform & Node.js :
Create end-to-end workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Nintex, K2, or other workflow technologies; incorporate Node.js services when necessary for additional functionality.
Migration & Modernization :
Lead data migration initiatives from legacy systems (e.g., File Share, SharePoint on-premises) to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
Modern Web Development :
Architect and implement complementary Azure services such as Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid, and AI Builder to extend SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
NET Core & ASP.NET :
Develop custom solutions and APIs with .NET Core (C#), Blazor, and ASP.NET to deliver high-performing, scalable applications.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows :
The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
