Job summary

PNC is seeking a Sr Solution Architect to design and support enterprise collaboration solutions with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms. You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver secure, scalable collaboration environments across locations in the United States.

The role requires deep expertise in Azure services, Teams governance, and incident management, with strong scripting and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in unified communications, collaboration technologies, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms (Windows & Android).
• Strong knowledge of Azure services including Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune.
• Experience configuring PSTN integration, Direct Routing, and SBCs.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise collaboration solutions centered on Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms (Windows and Android).
• Define and enforce Teams policies, configurations, and governance frameworks.
• Design, implement, and support Teams calling solutions, including PSTN integration, SIP trunks, and SBCs.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware, peripherals, and video conferencing systems.
• Design and support integrations with Zoom, WebEx, IPTV, and digital signage solutions.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and optimize configurations.
• Leverage Entra ID, Azure Autopilot, and Intune for identity management and device enrollment.
• Monitor service health and performance using CQD, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors; provide mentorship and knowledge transfer.
• Deliver RCA documentation within 5 business days of incident closure.
