Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification in machining preferred.
• Experience as a Cold Headerman or similar role within manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold heading machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for conformance using measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
