Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or certification in machining preferred.
• 2-5+ years experience in cold heading or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold heading machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments for conformance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production and resolve issues.
• Maintain production records and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe working environment.
