LeoForce in Brea, CA is seeking a Senior Cold Header Setup Operator to join its aerospace manufacturing team. You will perform complete machine setups on cold heading equipment, adjust dies, inspect parts, and ensure tight tolerances print-to-drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold heading / nut forming or fastener production.
• Ability to perform complete machine setups independently.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete machine setups on cold heading equipment.
• Set and adjust dies, punches, and tooling.
• Operate and monitor multi-station forming equipment.
• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts to print with precision gauges.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances and document production data.
