Optimas Solutions is seeking a Cold Header Operator to join our team. You will read blueprints, validate materials, and set up cold heading machines to produce parts for various industries.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of cold heading experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand 8–10 hours daily. You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of cold heading experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Review and validate materials (wire grade, diameter).
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading machines.
• Use machine controls, SPC & process monitoring systems.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to check parts.
• Maintain quality records and forms as required.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance.
