Leidos Biomedical Research, operator of the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, seeks an experienced Enterprise BI Developer to design and maintain Cognos reports and dashboards. You will work within the Enterprise IT directorate to support finance, HR, and project accounting data, leveraging semantic modeling and SQL optimization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years enterprise reporting with IBM Cognos Analytics.
• Expert knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x/12.x).
• Framework Manager, Report Authoring, Dashboard Authoring.
• Strong data modeling experience with Framework Manager models and data modules.
• Strong SQL development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain Cognos reports and dashboards.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual analytics; cross-reference with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense.
• Modify and troubleshoot reports based on user feedback and requirements.
• Perform Data Modeling and build Framework Manager models and data modules.
• Update models when source systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint) change.
• Ensure semantic layer reflects business logic for Finance/HR/Project Accounting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; develop stored procedures, views, functions.
• Diagnose and resolve query performance issues; review execution plans.
