Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology or related field with performance psychology specialization.
• Must hold one of: Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, or IQCB certification.
• 3+ years post-doctorate experience with military personnel or athletes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced cognitive performance training, assessment, and program development.
• Advise leadership on cognitive performance strategies and program priorities.
• Lead training sessions and educational briefings; support research and evaluation.
