Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee coding operations across vendor-supported markets.
• Lead and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process.
• Analyze RFI, coding, and documentation trends; provide insights to revenue cycle leadership.
• Implement coding process enhancements and vendor-supported market workflow improvements.
• Provide leadership through performance coaching and development to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accountability in daily operations.
